Fatal graphical issue. And it can't be a damaged cd because, the game did start.
And the games .exe file requires a CD just to start not to load anything.

Well, scratching a cd doesnt destroy all files, just some, depending how big the scrach is. Like on a musick CD. I know its not the same but for comparesons, when you play a scrached cd, some songs are ok, but some go all wierd and stuff.

Vista 32 may be the problem. Vista 64 has its problems, but not as much as vista 32. If there is a black screen in the beginning, try the following.

Take ownership of the entire Warhammer: MoC folder.

Run The program as administrator, not as a regular user.

If all else fails, reinstall and add a no-cd crack.

And... Wait a while in the beggining, it may take some time to load.

Ye. I found somewhere that Windows 7 wont be alowed to use advanced games. Only flash. YOu know thos that go with your PC.
