I tryd to download it on 7 computers and they all say this

thats dutch but its about the thing in the red box its a file i think couldnt find it sop i think its missing ...
(btw roughly translated the message means the program cant be started becouse d3dx9_35.dll is missing to help solve the problem reinstalling the program can help)
