When I try to run the Warcraft 3 Model Editor it gives me the error message d3dx9_35.dll is missing from your computer. What can I do?

You have to download that library file. See:

Click "How to install" and look under "Using the zip file (For Advanced Users)". Let me know if the problem persists after following those instructions. You might not necessarily need to reboot your computer; after placing the dll try opening the program. If it doesn't work, try the command they listed on that site. If that doesn't work, then reboot and see if it works.
