Not easily or well done in Warcraft III. Unlike StarCraft II which allows you to customize the command card fully, WC3 forces you to have certain buttons which are difficult (if not impossible) to remove.

Buttons that are impossible to remove?
meh. I had a map where I removed all buttons from the Command Card so I could have 12 slots for spells etc.
(RPG map so no need for buttons like move, patrol, stop (maybe), attack, etc.)
