NOTE: This MUST be in the same folder as Warcraft III
most often its C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\

This tool will open Warcraft III TFT or RoC depending if you have installed TFT or not.
This works for all currently know patches of Warcraft III including 1.21b.

Just simply copy it to the folder and run it and bam you got warcraft III in windowed mode.
