I mean in lore and universal gameplay ; as the Starcraft Universe may be a future of Warcraft or there must be a relation.

And it is strictly in gameplay not reality,as in made by the same Company.

Of course you could, but there are no obvious/logical bridges made by Blizzard. You'd have to make everything up, and it would really just be a whole new story, not really combining the two.

anyway.. It could be connected because as Werewulf said starcraft is a string of planets so why couldn't Azeroth be one of them. Though however unlikely it may be, or should be, it could be.

Hey remember when WoW lore bastardized all of wc3? yeah...
anyway.. if anything the terrans would completely destroy everything, if only for their advanced weaponry (IE Guns Tanks and Wraiths) and advanced armor that can stand up to the zerg, if only for a little bit. What about the protoss and their photon cannons? and their shields?

It's obvious that the superior technology would win. Hell they could even orbitally bombard the planet, so SC > wc3 in this argument.
