Unlikely. Airships of Warcraft probably were inspired by some fantasy series where as the battlecruisers from StarCraft are almost certainly inspired by some science fiction series.
Lore wise they are on completely different scales. A single Battlecruiser would likely be able to conquer most of Azeroth, especially given how limited Azeroth's surface to space defences are. I guess some powerful mages might be able to do something to a Battlecruiser, but it would likely be very costly to those involved and Azeroth itself. It is highly likely that a single Yamato Cannon shot would have OHKOed major monsters like Deathwing, with Deathwing mirroring the toughness of bigger ground based Zerg.
