High-res SC battlecruiser

I think its high time this community gets a upgrade on either existing battlecruiser models or a whole new one together the ones that are currently on the site have MAJOR issues with either model, skin, or size and i would like to see something done about it. Call this a rant if you will but hear me out this community deserves, no, REQUIRES something better. Ive seen plenty of requests go by in my short time here so ill make this more detailed:

Name: High-Resoloution battlecruiser
Format: texture (skin) or model
Size parmeters: hopefully under 1000 kb something around 500 would be great.
Basic Information: Its the Terran Battlecruiser from Starcraft.
Time requirements: i dont have any
Animations wanted: death walk attack (maybe an attack2) hover and spell channel and slam
Reason for requesting:the other battlecruiser models are not up to par with many other star craft reasources, i seek to correct that error.

Battlecruiser info (fluff or story based):
The terran battlecruiser is the pride of the terran navy, it is equiped with multiple turrets and cannons its advantage and weakness is that it fits many roles and that it is best used alongside other forces (not alone) It is the largest ship in the terran fleet capable of planetary landings and is currently one of the terran fleet's most coveted ships. Carries a number of smaller craft iin its side hangars.

What i want done:
This is preety simple: make a high-res version of the terran battlecruiser for Wc3 use. (and for public download)

Here is how:
Anything from a skin to a whole new model would suit my purpose if it looks and feels like a battlecruiser and hopefully isnt over 500 kb im happy. here are links to existing model:

As you can see it is not up to anyones standards

What i want is a battlecruiser that is up to the quality that most good starcraft maps demand and i want it now !

Final Note: I am not saying Max's Battlecruiser is a horrible model, what im saying is that it is not up to the communities standard for starcraft models and reasources. Indeed i applaud him for making such a model it has served well as a place holder on countless maps. But its time is now at an end i think and something new and fresh must fill its boots.

Soory i just couldn't help it i am, after all an avid poster and member of the requests community (that is: i tend to try and keep requests that mean something afloat while pointing out the ocasional flaw or comment on others)

I personaly am astonished a moderator such as your self would visit my little corner of the forum but by all means drop in and comment as you wish, after all it does bump my request to the top witch is what i wished to accomplish anyway.

Update: I have been contacted by a modeler who will attempt to make a battle-cruiser, In addition i will reskin Max666's battlecruiser to be more accurate and preetier. (at least thats what i hope to do, the texture is a bit strange.)

I couldn't model it (if I still had milkshape, I could, though.)
But I could re-skin the other battle cruiser model

If I did have milkshape, It'd be pretty easy to animate. Would it even need an animation? Would probably just need a nifty particle emitter
But ATM, I'm tangled up in the Texturing Competition

kk... I wouldn't get my hopes TO high though, I've never done a boxy type model
For the blue flames on the back rockets I'll add in some small, blue particle\ribbon emitters. Does that sound good?

Why don't you try to recreate the SCII Battlecruiser? I was trying to do this, the skin I used sux but it looked like liquid dark metal, was much better than the SC Beta model here. Pls share that model with the community.

Hey supa, this is great.

I have only 1 problem with it, The wings are a bit to long. Other than that the model is beautiful, with your permission may i look over the skin in gimp ? i have some mediocre texture skills and i may be able to add some neat stuff. Tell me when its done Supa, thanks again.

Thanks SuPa- for doing this request for Massive_Attack; it was a good request, and now it has a good responce!
Also, I didn't think the original texture looked too bad =o

It didnt look "bad" it just needed some extra features and cleaning. SuPa is an excelent texture artist but tends to rush his work, which in turn causes slopy-ness.
