It is sculped in Mudbox, from that I can create a normal map, displacement map, color map etc...

So once it is applied to the base mesh ( the low poly mesh ) it should look like that, still struggling getting the normal map from Mudbox though...

I do "extract" models from other games, not to use in other programs, although using WOW models in WC3 would not be against my rules, since it is all Blizzard's stuff anyway.
Everyone extracts models from all sorts of games, how would we be able to study the SC2 models then anyway !



Z brush, yeah I know but it does no longer support the obj model importing : / and I tried the trial and I got nowhere, I tried mudbox for about an hour and look where it got me, not that the normal map is any good you know :'(

I have thought of them as moons/satellites of planets, which in this case is the rift..So they rotate , float around the rift. Well of course I was speaking analogously.

well, i know you can check the nodes i made i page 69 or something like this. the problem isnt the node (the kind of wisp) its the artifact around it.

oh and turminator, 2D art and Miscellaneous should be in 1 as 2D art (so just add everything that is in Miscellaneous that is not in 2D art in the 2D art thing) im talking about the web site btw

(Also known as the 'Infernal Prince', and 'The Hellforged' is the supreme leader of the Dhom'Kavosh (seconded by Lord Rhoggier, who seeks to claim his position) And has taken the place of Archimond as the general of the burning legions forces on azeroth. About 1/2 of his body has been replaced by infernal contraptions powered by the souls of those he has slain...

Making placeholder art in Photoshop currently... Trying to figure out the transparency currently.

Also the node rotation is pretty much done, all it needs is the inclusion of the nodes into the group and the assignment to their disturbances. This will be extremely simple once we have the units built.

Custom UI is on hold till i finish the art.
