Warcraft 3 special world editor?

i have been trying for months to find a world editor with better terrain and i can't find it.i know it exists but i don't know its name and a download link either.
More information: you can make a cooler terrain,you can have all terrain types while terraining ,custom doodads and new terrain textures.If i got something wrong tell me please but i really want a download link for this =/

I also heard some kinda rumors of such a world editor... Hmm what was it called???
All i can remember is that it isn´t done yet. Something like that...
