Warcraft 3 cinematics causing issues with other windows

I'm running the warcraft 3 preforged v1.27, on windows 10, 1920 x 1080 at 60 hz, and while the game itself is no longer causing issues, whenever I try to run the cinematics, whatever program that does so forces all other windows off of that monitor and onto my secondary one. The cinematics themselves play, full video and everything, as I registered the player, but having to move all my windows back to my primary monitor is a severe hassle. Does anyone have a fix for this?

maybe try start game in window mode by using command line war3.exe -window

been playing on window mode 10+ years but didnt notice it
either window mode fix it or i didnt trigger the cinematics

I tried that, but no dice. The cinematic still played in full-screen, even blacked out my second monitor
