People working on campaign files would still need to adjust the paths, and it's hella annoying when it comes to managing campaigns with tons of custom resources. Bulk majority of resources on all WC3 modding sites just requires removing war3mapImported/war3campImported so when I import multiple texture files, I can just blindly remove the prefix and have asset working. It's consistent solution to flawed system and I see no reason to favour single map makers over campaign creators.

I don't forbid anyone from setting paths to warcraft textures and then posting it. I myself will not do this, it’s easier for me to apply Morrowind textures to the model
