Legendary, I agree with Adiktuz. Wander(neutral) can get them to the farthest ends of the map
Instead of using Wander (neutral), you should use Tornado Wander (neutral) because it has Stats - Duration - Hero/Normal, this field determines the interval therefore it can be reset each interval, and it won't cause the unit to get to the farthest end of the map.

But overall, if you want to make it so it wander in a controlled area, trigger is they way.
