Wait System in Multiboard

Hi, i want to create a Wait System in my Escape Menu in Oblivion, but how can i make it look like the one ingame?

- - - - - - - - Wait - - - - - -- - - - - --
- - - - - - - - Cancel - - - - - -- - - - - --

i want it to look like that, couldnt find picture.

Is it possible?

Why should we understand what is this "wait system"?
Explain it a bit more? :I
What does it do?

It lets you just wait example 4 hours of the Game Time, so if you dont want to be out at the nigth, you can just do a Wait.

I dont really get it, a wait system in a multiboard, are you going to be able to push any buttons or I dont get the wait thing at all :S
