Modifying the face a bit could look really cool to, maybe give him a 4 o' clock shadow rather than keeping the same facial hair of the original skin. You might be surprised at how much you can edit faces. Anyways, add more shading and fine-tunning to the clothing and some freehand touches to other places, such as the face :)

    also there is more shading needet for his jacket.

    Thanks for the comments. I don't think more shading on the jacket would really be visible ingame.

    With the different lightning conditions in WC3 you need to shade the skin enough so the model will still look 3D with lighting disabled, so you definitely need to add shading. The original face dose not fit to well with this skin either, you should add more freehand work to it.

    @ Xezko, Depends on whether you count the amount changed in the actual texture or the amount in model surface covered by it...

    I don't really see the need to change the face, but I'll give it a try.
