Open War3 Model Editor > Windows > MPQ Browser > War3.mpq
UI > Human > Export the blp you need
Open blplab > Open the blp files > Save the file in tga format.
You must have Peazip (that's what I use) or any other related app.
Create a new folder for the files you want to be part of the rar file
Select the folder > Right Click - Send to > Add to archive
Just click ok.
done.
