Vamps/ID Idea

I've had an idea to make some sort of Vamps/ID like map. I was thinking of redoing my previous Art of Defense idea and somehow making a balanced map for, what else, ID. Sadly I am not very good at terraining xD and i do not want another box base game like Vamps, but this isn't project recruitment.

The Idea:

First off I am going to use some of the Race Ideas I made as well as the kind people on Hive that actually posted in one of my older topics :wink:.
Basically you will be able to select a builder type [which is actually a hero], the builder gains levels after killing enemy units [The Darkness], by building, or by training. Builders do not have regular abilities, instead they have several wiped-out versions of phoenix fire :grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:. Ok, the "phoenix fire" spells will have triggers that increase an upgrade. For Example, a Shaman can learn Spirit Attunement which increases spirit's damage by +2, HP by +50, and Armor by 1. Also higher SA allows better spirits to be called upon via the spirit totem.

Yes its a handful :xxd:. But again thats my job.

So far my races are:
Skorne [Abilities: Evasive [+2% Evasion to all Skorne Units per level] Thievery [+1% attack speed to all Skorne Units, +1 gold stolen on a 15% chance rate] and Durability [ +1 armor to all skorne units, +10 HP on all skorne units, +5 MS].

Demora [Abilities: Machine Bonus [ +1/2/3 damage to certain machines, +5/10/15 HP to certain Machines, +10 range to machines] Marine Training [Affects the Demora Marine only, +10 HP, +10 range, +3% attack speed, and +2 damage] and Squad Tactics [Same as Marine Training, except this affects foot soldiers].

Gaaladiir

Remuneration
[Credits to Landimine] [Abilities: Improved Integrity [Walls gain +3 armor, +150 hp, and +2% regeneration] Improved D-Tactics [ Traps gain +2 damage and all other towers gain +1 damage, +10 range, +1% attack speed] and Improved Mechs [Mechs gain +50 hp and +2 armor]

Tuur
[Credits to Lightskin] [Abilities: Spirituality [+25 Mana, +2% Mana Regeneration] Technology [+2 Armor, +10 HP, and +2 Army size] Squad Tactics [ +10 HP, +1 armor, +1 damage, +2% attack speed to all Tuur armies].

Wolf Clan
[Credits to self :mwahaha: ] [Abilities: Beastmastery [ +15 HP to pets, +1 armor, +2 damage, +1% attack speed, +5 ms] Wolf Tactics [ WC Warrior only: +3 damage, +50 HP, +3% attack speed] Wolf Pack [ WC Warrior only: +2 armor, +2% HP regeneration. WC Wolves [all varieties] only: +1 armor +10 HP, +1% HP regeneration.

The Darkness :slp: :slp: :slp: :slp:

The Darkness is AI controlled, they will spawn throughout the map [primarily in the center] and attack the defenders. The Darkness will have events on occasion such as Aerial Assaults, suicide squads aiming at walls, or giant bosses. The Darkness is similar to Fortress Survival, since they gain power over time, i was thinking of adding Control Points in the map that the darkness can attack, if they take it they gain bonuses. The Players get gold over time for holding CPs over time.

Anyway this is a suggestion/idea thread, if you would like to help me PM me, I will probably need a terrainer over everything else :cry: :cry: :cry:.
