I have it too. Same deal, just patched and installed on a new PC. There is no button in the former editor that matches its placement. No idea wtf it does.
My question is, was this intentional or was it not ready to be pushed yet? The icon and missing string really is telling me this wasn't ready, yet, even though it seems fully functional. This is only a minor improvement, IMO. Makes checking for errors much faster, but it's not like you couldn't do it before. You could even do it without saving. Just disable and then enable the triggers you think may be problematic and the JASS error console will pop up with any errors it finds. This is again much quicker though.
