[Unsolved] Using mod with melee map screws up command card

Hi guys,

I got a nasty problem when I try to create a melee game with my mod.
When I create a melee map and add my mod to it then some of the command cards will be overwritten with the default HotS values but some others will keep my own.
I tried playing around with values left and right, things change, but not for the better. I just cant get all of my changes to be applied, there is always a few buildings that just seem to have a mind of their own when it comes to buttons.

What is the problem here? How can I solve it?
