Why am i getting this error when uploading my map?

VALIDATION_WORKING_SET_SCORE_SCREEN_FAIL

EDIT: I have found out that removing the custom game variants fixes the problem, but how can i keep my game variants and still be able to publish the map?

As you said yourself, removing the Game Variants solves the problem. I tried publishing with Variants as well, but I never got it to work. So I guess you'll have to do without it.
Maybe they fixed it with the coming patch, who knows. (Definetely hope they did.)
