Upgrade requirement "Any Hero"

I have certain upgrades wich i only want to be researchable when you have a hero of a certain level. However, "Techtree - Requirements: Any Hero" doesn't seem to work with heroes bought from Taverns? What am I doing wrong?

Have you added the heroes to constants? There's a list in there for them.

Edit: Okay, all that let me do was setting a number of how many heroes you require, not what level they must be >.>
Any ideas on how to fix?

If that doesn't solve it, then I'm not sure what will. In your situation I would do it with triggers, but I guess that's just running from the problem.

That won't be a good solution.... urrgh, i guess i'll just have to go with it...
