Units with disabled attack flee?

So I disabled a unit's attack (by setting "Combat - Attacks Enabled" to none) because I want it to "attack" only by using an ability. However, if it gets attacked by anything while standing still, it automatically runs away from it (like, say, a NE Wisp). Is there any way to prevent that? I thought about ordering it to stop when it gets attacked, but if it's ordered to move somewhere it obviously shouldn't stop, so that's no good. Any ideas?
