I was trying to implement a vJASS (i don't know how to code) system that requires Indexer (Cooldown Reduction [vJASS][LUA] by chopinski), but i already have another unit indexer in my map, "GUI version" (GUI Unit Indexer 1.4.0.0 by Bribe), and it seems like they are not compatible, at least i guess so, because when i turn one off the other one works and the other way around.

So i would like to know if there is a way to make it work.

There's most likely not a way to make it work with both system. You will need to get rid of one system and use only the other.

Unit indexers write/store a unique number in unit's Custom Value field. That unique number is then used to store and access data in all your array variables.
Since you have two such systems, both are most likely writing into Custom Value field, so one overwrites the value given by the other.
