once again i will explain this, i want 3 naga that r submerged, to surface and move to a point, where excatly do i find the order

I cant open the WE right now, but to find the orderstring of the ability (in this case submerge), go:

WE --> Object Editor --> Abilities --> Submerge --> Text - Order string use/turn on

There you should find the orderstring that the ability uses. After you've found that out, you should be able to find the order in actions (note that submerge is an ability that has no target).
