Unit not flying

I've tried looking at several posts but cannot find my answer. I have a unit who upgrades from a ground unit into a flying unit. The flying unit will be on the ground though and never rise. The flying unit will however go back into the air if you stone form it and revert it.

Try modifying the "Altitude Adjustment Duration" and "Landing Delay Time" fields of the morph ability. If the morph ability you choose does not have these fields then that might be the cause of the problem.

Is the morph target unit type set to flying movement type with an appropriate fly height? I am really out of ideas, sorry.

Which morph ability are you using? You could compare the relevant fields with stone form and storm crow form to see how it is done there.
I would also try removing the stone form ability and see if it works then. Mutliple morph abilities on the same unit could cause problems. There are a lot of bugs with morphing units in warcraft 3, so I wouldn't be surprised, if that was another bug.
