i edited the decay for killed units so that they don't dissapear but sometimes when a unit dies it looks like in the picture, any idea how it can work properly?

I don't see what you're trying to point out with the picture. You said that your goal was to have units not disappear and I don't see how the picture displays something different.

Well when a unit dies it will never play it's stand animation, not unless you're doing something else. There is no way that your result is deduced strictly by manipulating the decay time.

it's strange because it looks like this after they died and i made the decay time last very long so maybe the decay doesn't work properly , is it better to make it to zero or maybe not that long so that the decay still works ?

Well in any event they shouldn't be playing other animations, strictly their death animation (and then they would stay dead). There shouldn't be any possibility of them randomly playing other animations, unless it's something you're doing in your code.

i just edited it in the gameplay contants so maybe if i edit only one decay either bone or flesh it could work but i don't know if that solves the problem
