unit data missing??

hello.. i am a newbie in WE
i want to change a few details in a map that i downloaded the other day. because it is a multiplayer map, and i can't play it by myself.. just want to change the abilities of the buildings and etc..
but when i want to open it in WE, it gives me an error "unit data missing" and won't open it..
what can i do to change that? please help.

That is calling "protekting" - It means the maker do as other players cant open and "Steal or edit" the map.

Make one yourself...

It actually sounds more to me like the map is made in anouther editor, like unlimited or Newgen, but if its truely protected, you should do nothing to it.
