So As the titles says I am looking for A Banner that Looks like the following Picture I quickly drew up from a scene in the Battle of the five armies.

if anyone can make this i be very grateful

The T looking part of the Picture should be a Light-Dark Brown
the Banner its self should be Black
and the Crown Symbols should be a Dark Red
