Unit Attack Speed help

I have a problem, there is a unit on my map that i set it to an attack speed of 0.05 . It does not shoot that fast, instead it shoots at something like 0.5 or 1
Is there a way to fix this? I need it to attack really fast. Please help

make sure that
Combat - Attack x - Animation Backswing Point
and
Combat - Attack x - Animation Damage Point
are set to 0.
However, by doing that the unit will shoot before the attack animation starts, which doesnt really matter since the unit has such a fast attack speed so no one will notice it.

And Find In Combat Attack-Cooldown And set it to 0 to make it attack fast

Well Your Unit May Be Hitting With 0.01 Cooldown You Cant See It!!it May Look Like It Is Hitting Every 10 Seconds But It Is All In The Cooldown You Set!!to Check It Create A Unit With 1 Damage And 0.01 Cooldown.create A Structure With 1000 Life 0 Armor And Type Unarmored.see What Happens!!!
