I can't do animated banners, YET.

that's very easy
e.g. I made my sig using this:

but GIMP will be fine, too
you just need a bunch of pictures and paste them somewhere and it will work
afaik the war3modeleditor or the wc3viwer (don't remember which one) were able to generate animated gifs and virtual dub is able to convert an avi file to gifs (of cause it would make sence to cut out a few frames)

I suppose, if you have time and want too...Some banners that could prove useful to me would be a Golden (Royal) type of banner, one with an angelic style and one that is Dark. (I use the undead flag atm , and it looks ugly as hell), Anything sounds interesting to make...?

I don´t mind what you use, to be honest. Glowing looks great, but, as long as it´s usable and looks like my hopes said, i wouldn´t mind at all, can´t say i´ve any form of idea for the meaning of flash however. Assuming you replied to me, Icoria.
