The reason this isn't in the human campaign is because when arthas was alive, he was very active. I mean, c'mon, he slaughtered a whole town! Now that's active! But sadly, when he died, he got real lazy and decided to ride a horse. I'm surprised he had the strength to get up and fight Illidan, and I was floored when he walked up all those stares!

A good recreation of Arthas. I have many ideas for this model for it could simply be an even stronger version of the original Paladin hero.

Your theory would make sense if Arthas was dead, yet he isn't dead, he never died. His soul was taken away, which takes a toll on his appearance, but he never died.
