(Edit) If I may ask, is there a chance that he will get his ghost form as well?

Yknow I'm more of an animation guy, so I will say great job on making custom animations here.

One thing I'll say, if you could ground his feet in his animation, it'll instantly make most animations look a lot better, cause it's not about realism, but it'll make it look less floaty-kinda idea, especially seeing how guy swings a huge sword around.

if you were using blender to animate, I'd say use the inverse IK to ground his feet on each frame and consider how he might move from pose to pose.

As for model, it's great, idk the original but great execution.
 
The way i just pointed at my screen like "OH ITS THE OLD HANZO PRE-REVAMP HOLY COW"
I like how he translates well to an Undead unit tho, he even has the somewhat same janky n clunky nuance from the older version in the actual game, well done! :>
