Unable to host

Alright, I bring a laptop between my dad and moms house. I set up the ports at my dads (didn't even have to mess with static IP) and it worked perfectly.


Now at my moms, I opened the ports perfectly (checked using tools), made a static IP, disabled firewall, anti-virus, and still no bacon.


At my dads I use a Linksys router, can't remember the name, and here I use a WRT110.


I honestly have no idea what the problem is.

Check that you are connected to Port #1 if your modem has multiple ports.

I just checked, it doesn't have multiple ports. It's a really old modem to be honest, probably around 6-8 years.
