[Altered Melee] Ultimates for a mage

    Well it mostly depends on what kind of mage we're talking about. For example there are schools of magic in the Warcraft universe that mages study: fire, frost and arcane. Arcane is one of the most unpredictable and volatile of them, and some of the most skilled mages can temporarily suspend the flow of time (which I find ridiculous). Mastery over the elements also means that mages are able to summon powerful elemental to do their bidding (like water elementals) but it shouldn't be confused with the shaman's ability to summon the power of the elements (since that's more of a partnership between the shaman and the elemental forces while the mage bends things to his/her will).

    Arcane
    - Arcane Devastation: Channel a powerful AoE ability that deals up to XXX damage and reduces armor up to 12 to enemy units in the area of effect. This ability last 12 seconds or until the channeling is stopped.
    - Dazzling Spectacle: Blinds enemies in the targeted area for 20 seconds. Attacks have a 100% chance to miss and reduces enemy field of vision to 0.
    - Arcane Clone: Creates a lesser version of the caster with various abilities (Blizzard, Summon Water Elemental, Polymorph, etc). The Arcane Clone has XXX HP, XXX MP, deals XXX magical damage and has X Armor. The Clone lasts up to 120 seconds or until it's killed.
    - Bewildering Spectacle: Confuses all enemies caught in the area of effect for 45 seconds. Confused enemies can't discern friend from foe, will attack randomly or wonder off confused.

    Ice
    - Hail Storm: Targets a large area of effect and bombard it with ice shards dealing up to XXX magical damage and slows the attack and movement speed of enemies caught within by 50%. This ability lasts 45 seconds or until stopped.
    - Summon Glacial Elemental: Call fourth a powerful Glacial Elemental with XXX HP, XXX magical attack type, Magical Immunity and 1 Divine armor. Enemies caught within the summoning area suffer XXX damage and are stunned for 3 seconds. Enemies that are too close to the Glacial Elemental are slowed by 60%. Attacks from the Glacial Elemental deal splash damage and can disable buildings, halting their production.

    Fire
    - Summon Blaze and Smolder: Blaze, a ranged unit with XXX HP, XXX MP, XXX damage, Wind Walk, Critical Strike and Permanent Flaming Arrows. Smolder, a melee unit with XXX HP, XXX, damage, Permanent Immolation, Defend and Breath of Fire. If either Blade or Smolder are killed, they deal an explosive nova that damages enemies within a XXX radius.
    - Flash of True Flame: After channeling for 2 seconds unleash a powerful wave of fire in a large AoE radius around the caster's location. Enemies affected by the explosion suffer XXX magical damage, are stunned for 3 seconds; after the stun effect ends enemies are slowed by 60%.
    - Infernal Rage: Launch a wave of flaming rocks at a targeted area, dealing XXX AoE damage to enemies caught within. Enemies that are killed by the ability are turned into Fire Elementals with XXX damage and XXX HP.
    - Descending Sun: Summons a massive, slowly descending ball of fire in the targeted area. When the ball of fire hits the ground it deals no damage but enemies caught within the blast are stunned for 6 seconds and are affected with a Permanent Immolation that kills them over time.
