Turning stationary units

I have some ward-like summoned units and they don't turn to face the target, is there a way to get units with 0 movespeed to turn or not?
 
Could I run a trigger every 15 seconds that returns the ward to its spawned location (by marking it with a dummy unit) from a hashtable then? Because the wards are permanent until killed so after a couple minutes it will visibly have moved. And can I hide the move/stop/hold/patrol buttons on the command card somehow?
