I don't get that message on Google Chrome but I do get it on Microsoft Edge. Also Edge lets me upload map. Disabling Ad Blocker seems to have no effect. Problem seems to be correlated with Google Chrome.

I'll just upload via Microsoft Edge from now on or until it is fixed.

Yep. Thought so. For anyone technical, the upload.hiveworkshop.com page uses a Let's Encrypt certificate while the main site uses CloudFlare.

Glad you found a solution.
Update: using Firefox works. Chrome randomly started working again, but today Chrome stopped working again. The workaround still works but figured this would be worth giving a status update.

Update: Tried again with Chrome and it works. Maybe this is a problem on my end.
