Why replace it? There's no rule that says trolls can't have snake staffs. Why boring? The dagger was inspirated from the Warlock's (the characters) from WoW (World of Warcraft). They also carry sometimes daggers in combination with a book or such. That aside, he's supposed to do sacrifices, which means the dagger is necessary for that.

Not... bad. I'd have to see in-game. I'm not so sure about the posing (just seems sorta awkward), and while the Turban is fantastic, I don't know how I feel about it on a Troll. Still, creative.

I disagree with Misha as I think the models is perfect as it is.

He has back abs hence forth known as babs. You should hide them with some skulls and voodoo masks placed on his back.
How I think you could improve it:
- it will look a lot better if you remove the dagger and the red particles and add a greenish glow to his R.Hand, that drips little green particles it will look like some poison thingy.
- add a similar poisonish glow to the mouth of the staff
- make his teeth a bit shorter
- make his legs longer - trolls have elongated bodies including their legs, it may seem hard but it is not actually that difficult -(in MDLVIS) just make them longer so that they go underground, move the knee and foot bones to fit properly, than select the entire mesh move it up so that the feet are at ground level and remember how much you moved it up, than in the sequence editor select the root bone, tick on multiselect, use select child vertices, select the root bone again and do a move that is the same amount that you remembered earlier. If there are some bones that are not attached to the root bone move them too, dont forget to move the overhead attachment up and make the staff longer to compensate for the elongation.

i made the model for fitting into sacrifices, that's why he has a dagger and the red emitters. I don't rly get the point of this back abs somehow.
- you mean a constant glow in the snake's mouth or just during a few anims?
- hm his teeth shorter? That's an option for the next edit.
- his legs aren't that short IMO. Besides, he's an old one and the upper body is leaning forward anyways.
Thx for the advise, though i know how rescale and reposition bones and vertices in MDLVIS. I mainly work with MDLVIS, Magos and Milkshape.

His legs are definitely too short, the shadow priest himself is rather old looking, doesn't mean his legs shrink, his legs should easily be twice that length.

Good model otherwise though, everything fine for me save the legs.
