Triggers Missing from my Editor?!

.... I can't find "Action - Loop" or "Loop" or anything in world editor which I really need... Is it a problem with my editor or what? Please help.. I really need the loop action or I can't make my map.. how can I make enemies in ROUND 3 (15 minutes after the start) spawn every 20 seconds after the 15 minute mark?
