Guys i need trigger which heals Boss when hero enter region

• Events
  • A unit enters <put here the region>
• Conditions
  • (Triggering unit) is a Hero Equal to True
• Actions
  • Unit - Set life of Boss to (Life of Boss) + (Put here the amount of life you want to heal or however you want to heal him)

This should work for what you're describing

I suggest you turn on this trigger only after the boss is summoned, so no necessary runs are made before that.
