[Trigger] Trigger damage that pierce Invulnerability?

Is there anyway to make a triggered damage ignores Invulnerability? I was thinking about setting the target's life negatively,but that would make the caster didn't get any credits. This includes Invulnerability of Divine Shield,Item Invulnerability and Impale Invulnerability.

You adjust the unit's life manually, but before doing so check if the life will go less than 0. If it does, then remove the invulnerability from the unit and have the source kill it.

Well,that might work. But I wonder if it won't because I'm using an Impale ability. I need the damage to appear when the Impale lifted enemies up. Since they're invulnerable during that. Will it work with my statement?

The JASS code is SetUnitInvulnerable(unit, false) and it should do the trick.

Just remove and readd the invulnerable (it's an ability, but in GUI, they have their own action).
