Translated Mdlvis?

Is there any english version of Mdlvis out there? If not, do you think there will be any bi-lingual programmer that will translate it ever? It's a very nice program, but it's a real shame I can't use the extent of its capabilities because of the language barrier.

1) find a russian/eng dude
2) use http://upx.sourceforge.net/ for decompress mdlvis.exe
3) use http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/ for open the exe
4) RCData -> TFRM1 -> 0
5) translate all Caption and Hint
6) click Compile
7) Save new exe

3) If you could provide me the strings that need to be translated to English, I could ask a college-mate of mine, from Moldavia, to do that for me, provided the text is not too long (say not over 4 pages A4, Times New Roman 12).

Mdlvis is a russian program that is most famous/downloaded for its ability to read .m2 programs, which WoW uses for its models.

At least I think that's the main reason...
