Transform with ability

I have tried alot and I was wondering if someone could make a map with the ability on it that they use it and it changes them into a creature then they can turn back I have tried editing medivah's bird form bear form etc. and it just changes him into a new hero at level 1........ So please make a map with it on it and send it to me thank you +rep

This will be quite easy. I call this one and will be done in a bit.

How to edit...

1.Change the hero's stats.
2.Change ability tooltips.
3.Give credits!

The other unit (Morph) must also be a Hero, and both units must be dependency equivalent the one of the other.
