Time Zone Problem

I've set the time to GMT +8. But why is it displaying GMT +7 time? Is there something wrong with the time zone system?

I've encountered this problem every once in a while, so I think it may be a good idea to keep this thread for others to report time zone problems.

Server went down 11:00 but it is usually down 12:00

I encounter the same issue when logging in with my mobile (only with the mobile so far, though).

Have a look in UserCP -> Edit Options -> Date & Time Options

Yes, I've did it, but it remained the same.

But the problem has been solved, though "Yesterday" is not shown.

This is probably due to daylight savings time. It just switched in the US. vBulletin is probably designed to have a single daylight savings time. Actually, it varies around the planet. I am sorry, there is not much I can do. Try disabling DST in your settings.
