Time Zone Stuff

Hey, Admins Archian/Bob27/Ralle, maybe you could have...a time zone display, like say (GMT + 8); (GMT - 4), Displayed on a user's post or profile/avatar, so people can at least calculate when a certain person would most proably go online(People with unknown locations eg. Death Star?)

(Sorry for the Edit, it came to my mind only afterwards, so I included here instead of a new thread)
Got a problem...I asked my friends to join this webbie as members, when they go online, I can see them in (Users Online) but, I cant find them in the members list. Is it a problem with me?

P.S I have heard from one of my friends that when he logs in and sees the bottom of the page,

Why? Is it that they have slow validation?

well does this mean they cant post? or is it just a display.. You cant find them in members list because they have no posts

ok well as for the timezone stuff Archian could never do it (because I havn't seen him in weeks ), I could maybe make it so it displays your timezone but that would be about it. Ask Ralle
