[Solved] Tile problem

Here is the tile i want to import to my map

But it's .mdx so i don't how to import it(tiles shouldn't be .blp ?)
Please help. I want to replace Cityscape - Grass Trim.

Its a model, not a terrain texture. You place them over the floor as doodads.

edit, aww dsg was faster but yeah its a model wich you got to place on the ground to make it look like a tile
