Tile Borders Error

So in my previous problem, i couldn't import the new blight tiles, but now, i fixed that, i have a another problem.

You know how in the image viewer, the tiles have that black space that is invisible?, well for some strange reason, those tiles appear WITH the black spaces that should be invisible. Why?
