Well actually its just too risky to teleport the island near the shore without creating a huge destructive wave... but I can teleport north-east to Karabor if your capital's walls will hold a huge wave created by the island apearing from nowhere...

Yes it is!From it I get:Tax,wood,gold,people,mages,special army elven corps,and alot of other things.So no!Plus Im allready improving the other region-rebuilding villages/fixing the damage of the scourge and blood elfs....you know stuff like that.
