hi just asking how to change the 5 intial units at start of the game of a melee map picture would help alot

hm, i'm not sure if there is an otion to change the starting units, so you will need a new trigger for this, could you describe a bit more precisely which units and how much units you want, and are you just going to change the units for a melee game?

Edit: overload119's trigger would be an option, but as both of us said, describe a bit more pls

Melee maps are kind of touchy. There are very few things you can do without un-meleeing the map. The only way to edit it would be to make an un-melee map with them edited and just put your own AI in (If you want computer players to be allowed).

I'm just going to clarify for him

  • CreateSatyrs
  • Events
  • Map initialization
  • Conditions
  • Actions
  • Unit - Create 1 Town Hall at (Desired Location, preferably a region) facing default building degrees
  • Unit - Create 5 Satyr Worker at (Position of (Last created unit) offset by 100 at 270 degrees facing default building degrees

I understand what h want... You have to option trigger or object editor (modify the pesant to your unit) or use trigger first...
Delete this action in map initialisation
  • Melee Game - Create starting units (for all players)
After do a trigger like that
  • Starting
    • Events
      • Time - Elapsed game time is 0.10 seconds (or map initialisation)
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Unit - Create 1 (Town Hall) for Player 1 (Red) at (Player 1 (Red) start location) facing Default building orientation
      • Unit - Create 5 (Worker) for Player 1 (Red) at (Player 1 (Red) start location) facing Default building orientation
