Well one day I just decided to write a story based on the Warcraft Universe. And uh.. Here it is.

Comments & Critique are appreciated.

Chapter 1: Tavern FTW.

There once was a wisp name Ceredwyn who peacefully harvested lumber for his Demon Hunter commander, Hero Darksorrow. Ceredwyn had no problems being ordered to scout or having his lumber harvesting interrupted by new orders. If he was given an order to detonate at anytime he would gladly obey. Ceredwyn would do anything to see his fellow Night elves succeed in the war. Even if it did mean taking his own life.

The map was Twisted Meadows and the night elves had their main head quarters situated at the five o'clock position, and already had an expansion set up at the seven o'clock goldmine. Ceredwyn was harvesting lumber on a tree not too far from the expansion.

"Tralalalala.. I love harvesting wood! Tralalalalala.." boasted Ceredwyn as he gleefully gathered lumber.

"Ceredwyn!" yelled a familiar voice.

Ceredwyn paused and turned to see his commander Hero Darksorrow approach him. He looked like the standard Demon Hunter. Sharp blades, panda pictures, the blindfold, the tribal patterns - just the typical Demon Hunter. But although he appeared as an average Demon Hunter, he by no means acted like one.

"Yo what up Ceredawg, I want you to go to the tavern aight? And I want you to hire a Beastmaster, know what I'm sayin'?" said Darksowrrow, as he made curved jabbing motions with his arms as he spoke.

"Yes sir!" replied a disciplined Ceredwyn. He left his tree and bagan floating towards the centre of Twisted Meadows where the Tavern was located.

"HEY! Hold up yo!" Ceredwyn paused and turned to Darksowrrow again.

"Yo, you trippin'? I havn't even given you the gold and lumber yet dawg." said Darksorrow. He walked towards Ceredwyn and then handed him the recources.

Oddly, a "Ceredwyn received 425 gold and 135 lumber from Darksorrow." message appeared from Elune knows where.

"Oh, silly me! My apologies Commander Darksorrow." said Ceredwyn. He then turned back around and floted towards the tavern.

Apart from the odd critter or two, Ceredwyns small adventure to the tavern was very uneventful and lifeless. After he arrived at the tavern, he slipped in through the door and approched the bar. Behind the bar stood a Brewmaster wiping a glass as he kept a watchful eye on a seemingly miserable sea witch. The sea witch had her head slumped over into her arms on the bartop as she cried.

"Oh how could he do this to me? To us!" she sobbed. "I knew that siren was a no good dirty naga!" The Brewmaster lent over to her and gently patted the sea witch on her right shoulder as she buried her head in her arms again and began to sob.

"There there Ursula.. There there." said the Brewmaster soflty. "He doesn't realise what a wonderful person.. err.. naga he lost."

Ursula's sobbing instantly died out and she raised her head out of her arms. "Thanks Chen. Your the best friend a fish could ever have!" her sentence finished with a large sniff.

"Well.. I guess you better go and file them divorce papers eh."

Ursula bagan to look very unsure. "Uh.. Yes.. Yes I will... I guess.. Well, bye... Oh and once again.. Thank you Chen!"

She left her bar stool and slithered out of the tavern door. Ceredwyn approched the bar and glided up onto a stool.

"Aye! What can I do for you little one?" asked Chen.

Ceredwyn felt rather offended by the size comment. Ever since he was born he had always disliked being a small creature. He felt like countering with a rude comment but instead chose to disregard the size comment and be polite.

"Yes, uh, hi, 'Chern'.."

"It's Chen." corrected Chen.

"Oh, well.. Ok. I'm looking for a Beastmaster of some sorts."

"Ah, you wanna hire a tavern hero. There's one over there."

Chen stopped wiping his glass and pointed over towards a Beastmaster sitting at a small round table. He was hand feeding a bear as he gently stroked its fur.

"His name is Mish, I think." said Chen, trying to be helpful.

"Uh, ok thanks."

Ceredwyn left his stool and made his way over to the Beastmaster. The Beastmaster saw Ceredwyn begin to approach him and immediately knew what he was going to ask.

"Hello there little one." greeted the Beastmaster. Ceredwyn's patience was running thin as he was offended again by another size comment.

"Uh yes.. My commander wants to hire you..."

Thanks, I was waiting for someone to comment so I didn't have to double post. Here's a small chapter. (I was busy)

Chapter 2: Smooth talker.

"Ah, I suspected as much." said Mish, gently scruffling his bear's hair.

"Yes ok. So do you want to fight for the night elf army?" asked Ceredwyn, hoping he would get the right answer.

Mish thought as he reached into a small pouch.

"Well if the price is right of course..." said Mish, as he pulled out a handful of pallettes from the pouch and fed them to his bear.

"Ok well say no more 'Mersh'."

"It's Mish.."

"Uhm, yea.. right, well right now I have 425 gold and 135 lumber 'Mitch'. Would that be enough?"

"Mish.." corrected Mish again. His eyes glared a hole through Cerewdyn.

Mish pulled out another hand full of pallettes and fed his bear. By now, it was pretty obvious to Ceredwyn that the bear was Mish's pet companion. Ceredwyn looked at the cute and fuzzly wuzzly bear.

"So.. What's it's name?" questions Ceredwyn.

"What?.. The bear?" asked Mish, as he pointed to the bear.

"Yes, your bear."

"Meesha." answered Mish.

"Oh, how cute."

Meesha raised a brow and an awkard moment fell on the two. Cerewdyn felt embarrassed and cleared his throat... err.. energetical energy stuff throat.

"Well??.." asked Ceredwyn, again hoping for a 'yes' answer.

"Hmm.. Yes.. Yes, ok. I will fight for your commander." answered Mish. Cerewdyn felt a wave of releif. He also felt proud. He knew that Mish would prove to be very useful to the night elf army and that this task may have won the war for the elves. Well, that's what he thought anyways.

"Oh goodie!" yelled Ceredwyn, as he gleefully floated up and down on his seat. Everyone in the bar turned their heads towards Ceredwyn with a "who the fook?" expression on their faces. Ceredwyn noticed this and he slowly hovered down onto his seat embarrassed.

"Uh, sorry 'bout that.. Have a good one guys." said Ceredwyn loudly, apologising for the interruption. He turned backed to Mish.

"Uh well lets go now tish."

"Mish." corrected mish, he was getting very annoyed. He couldn't beleive how someone could mispronunce a name as simple as Mish so many times. Ceredwyn glided out of his seat and out of the tavern door as Mish and Meesha followed...
