I definitely can't recommend this tool.
It heavily reduces the quality of the icons since you have to turn them into .jpg.

That is true, of course it will lose a lot of the quality. And to download something, it's not a huge filesize, but if you really do not want to download anything, this tool is perfect.

yea thats why i saw this and threw it up on this site. this tool is very fast for creating quick and useful icons in YOUR map, but of course if you were to mod and create campaigns than well... perfection takes time.

There is a tool in the hive that does this job perfectly, with auto-rename and great quality.
